We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. For peak seasons or larger groups, please contact us a week ahead. Last-minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated - just reach out!

Once you submit the form, we'll receive your booking request via email. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability, discuss any special requirements, and provide final details about your tour.

Yes! Most of our tours are family-friendly. We adjust the pace and difficulty based on your group. Please mention children's ages in your booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, and your camera. We provide water and snacks. If you have any specific needs, please mention them in your booking.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. In case of bad weather, we'll reschedule or offer a full refund.
